Nevis Brands has achieved a significant milestone with the initial production run of its Major shots in Missouri, facilitated by its licensee, Stash House Distro. This expansion introduces three flavors of the 2-ounce Major shots—Fruit Punch, Blackberry Lemonade, and Blueberry—to the Missouri market, building on previous successes in Washington and Ohio. John Kueber, CEO of Nevis Brands, also announced a restructuring of the company's Promissory Note with SoRSE Technology Corp., related to the purchase of the SoRSE Technology business units including the Major brand. The revised agreement stipulates a payment of USD $100,000 by April 30th, 2024, followed by periodic payments to retire the note principal by December 31, 2024.
